When it comes to eclectic taste in music, nobody expresses it like Tyson Dang- drummer for Canadian metal band Red Handed Denial and drum streamer on Twitch. Despite his unwavering passion for drumming to harder music, Tyson also finds solace singing & playing acoustic guitar as tysondang in his softer solo project.
In search of purpose behind human connections, their introspections, and the self-doubt experienced through broken hearts, tysondang released his 2021 debut album Grow Apart– a collection of previously recorded songs fueled by melancholy & uncertainty.
With the new song Dancing All Night Long on the horizon, Bones (feat. Lauren Babic) already released, as well as the Sleep Token & Smashing Pumpkins cover DYWTYLM / DISARM available to showcase the many genres he loves, the next chapter in tysondang’s music already evokes a more mature and modernized form in his songwriting- tonally, creatively, and emotionally.
